You may be experiencing some issues logging into the Institute Members Area. This is due to the Members Area of the site being moved to a new location on the internet. This effects different website browsers and you may need to follow the steps below in order to refresh the memory cache of your computer.
There are three options you can try to fix this issue:
1. For the quickest and best solution, simply download and install Google Chrome website browser. To download Chrome, click this link.
2. Refresh your Browser Cache. Click this link that explains Browser cache and has user friendly instructions for all Browser types.
3. Contact your IT support and explain you are having trouble logging in. Mention you require help with Refreshing Browser Cache.
